How do I decide on a style or a “look” for my headshot?
There are many factors that come into play here. It is important choose a look that will be "on-brand” for you or your company. Will the photos be going on your website, business card, social media, or a billboard? A backdrop colour and wardrobe choice should be stylized to match those destinations. Sometimes a client knows exactly how they want it to look, and other times we will work together to make sure everything is on brand. Another great option (if it fits your budget) is to bring in a stylist to help with the wardrobe and set styling. I work with some fantastic and talented stylists in Winnipeg and would be happy to help set that up for you! And finally, if you need help with hair or makeup, just ask and I will help you navigate that process as well.
